Returns & Exchanges
At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the garments into their original LaceMade dust bags and place them in a secure shipping box along with the printed return form.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
